John,I placed an order with Ziggy Mart on 4-7-04 for a pound of a very hard to find RYO blend. You (Ziggy Mart), seemed to be the only on-line tobacconists to offer this heady blend, or as Doug Kennedy at RYO Magazine put it, "...definitely not only float your boat, but will lift it completely out of the water as well." Before I ordered from ZiggyMart, I attempted to locate this brand from the over 30 tobacco shops in my area. Not a one of them had a clue as to what I was talking about. Now that's a pretty sad state of affairs!! Now onto the point of this e-mail. I finally found out who the wholesaler of this tobacco was. I e-mailed, Mara Kaiser, with Music City Marketing and she supplied me with a few more names and numbers of retailers Music City Marketing dealt with in my area, still no luck. In a subsequent e-mail she mentioned ZiggyMart. But she also added some words of praise I thought you should know about. "John's a great guy, a good customer, and his success shows that he's a darn good retailer." We all work hard and rarely hear anything but moaning & groaning about THIS isn't right, or THAT didn't get done on time.
